HOMEMADE TURMERIC GNOCCHI RICOTTA WITH NEPALESE ACHARE SAUCE

To begin with we must know first of all what is gnocchi. Well, gnocchi is a kind of classic pasta famous all over Italy. There is always a way to create something and every creative chefs finds a loop hole to insert a twist on it. So, in this classic gnocchi recipe I did add beshar(turmeric) and made with homemade ricotta. To accompany with this tiny gems i add my style of tangy sauce ‘ Nepalese Achare Sauce’.
Gnocchi is classically made with mashed potato, nutmeg, salt, parmesan cheese, herbs; however, here i made gnocchi with homemade ricotta cheese which is as simple as it looks.
