Ingredients
- Pasta boiled – 450gm (macaroni or penne)
- Cooking oil – 40ml
- Fenugreek seed – 5gm
- Onion finely chopped – 15gm
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 half tsp
- G.G paste – 1tsp
- Carrot thinly sliced – 25gm
- Tomato puree – 1cup
- Chilli paste – 1/2 tbsp as your taste
- Salt – to taste
- Cumin powder roasted – 1/2 tbsp
- Cabbage roughly cut – 200gm
- Green leafy vegetables – 60gm
- Coriander leaf – 10gm Dil leaf -10gm
Method of Preparation
- Boil the pasta and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, crackle the fenugreek seed. Saute the onion till golden brown.
- Add all the spices such as turmeric powder, gg paste, cumin powder and chilli paste. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add carrot, cabbage, green leafy vegetable and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled pasta and mix it well.
- Add the coriander leaf from you remove from the heat.
- Check the seasoning before you serve.
