Nepalese Gastronomy Chefs Competition 2021 and INCS & GNCF Culinary Award 2021 is going to held in Kathmandu on 22nd March 2021. In this program Master Chef Santosh Shah, 1st Runner-up of BBC Master Chef Professional 2020 will be felicitated and honored by the Global Nepalese Chefs Federation. The program includes Awards distribution, cultural program, chefs competition, and Hi-Tea which is organized by the International Nepalese Chefs Society and Global Nepalese Chefs Federation in collaboration with Aloft Hotel, Kathmandu. Chefs Competition is specially focused on promoting Nepali foods and encouraging Nepali chefs & their talents.

For participating in the competition, interested Chefs need to mail the name of the dish, the photo of any plating you have done before, and Biodata with contact details on firstname.lastname@example.org or on the Facebook page of INCS Global and GNCF. Internal Jury members will choose the participant and contact the shortlisted participants through call and social media on 20 March Staurday Evening.
Rules and Regulation
- Participants must be above 1st commis position in any hotel or restaurant
- Food must be Nepali Cuisine
- Need to prepare one Main Course and Dessert
- Plating and Presentation will be given priority
- The dish needs to be prepared within 90 Minutes
Note: Special Spices and ingredients which are used in the dish are needed to be brought by participants themselves.
