If you are looking for a step by step recipe of lobster bisque this might be a game-change. Here in this recipe, I did not use tomato paste because I don’t want thick rather I keep it simple and made liquidy. I use it normally as a stock for my seafood pasta.

Note: I suggest you not to use a roux, since roux will slightly hamper the flavor of bisque.
