INGREDIENTS
1. BUFFALO MEAT – 500GM
2. MUSTARD OIL – 30 ML
3. GINGER GARLIC PATSE – 30GM
4. GREEN CHILLIES – 5PCS
5. CUMIN POWDER – 10GM
6. CORIANDER POWDER – 10GH
7. GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES – 1 BUNCH
8. TUMERIC POWDER – 5GM
9.FENUGREEK SEEDS(METHI) – 5GM
10. SALT – AS REQIIRED
11. PEPPER – 15GM
12. GREEN SPRING GARLIC – 1 BUNCH
METHODS
1. On a frying pan heat the oil and put the pieces of meat cut in big dice. Let it cook, flip over and over. Cook till it cooked well.
2. Add the ingredients such as salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, cumin pwd, coriander pwd, green chillies.
3. Heat the oil and fry fenugreek seed till black in colour.
4. Add turmeric pwd and pour it over the meat and mix it well.
5. Add cutted coriander leaves and green spring garlic.
6. Mix it well and check the seasonings. Buff CHOILA
