A Procedure To Make Chicken Mo:Mo From Leg Part (video) – Chef Rabi Haastichyo

An easy procedure to make chicken momo from the leg part of the chicken. If you are confused to make momo stuffing and momo shape than watch the video and try at home.


  • Chicken mince(keema) – 1kg
  • Onion chopped – 800-1000gm
  • Coriander leaf chopped – 10gm
  • GG paste – 2tbsp
  • Oil – 100ml
  • soy sauce – 1tbsp
  • Tasting (MSG) powder – 1/2half tsp
  • Salt – to taste

Collect all the ingredients in a bowl add seasoning and all…. then keep into the refrigerator for 5-8 minutes 

For The Dough:

  • Flour – 1•5kg
  • Water – as required
  • Oil – 2tbsp (knead the dough and rest it for half an hour
