One of the most chosen Nepalese soup which we could get it in every Nepalese kitchen is KWATI. The name itself resembles its definition KWA-Hot and TI- Soup meaning Hot soup. Besides, we have a special festive Janai purnima and this soup is quiet significantly eaten on that particular day. Even though its never that festival every day however we could cook this coup and drink it whenever we want to.
This soup contains nine types of various grains mix and soaked overnight to get it sprouted and then cooked to bring the heat from spices to make body warm and feel healthy. Most of the vegetarians as well as vegan can cook this as well. But we could add meat in it too. – CHEF AMIR THAPA
