Latin American Sea Bass Ceviche – Chef Amir Thapa

Ceviche is a Latin American seafood dish that may have originated in Peru typically made from fresh raw fish cured in fresh citrus juices, mostly commonly lemon or lime and favorable spices seasoning including chopped onion, salt & coriander. Here In this recipe, I have used orange zest, lemon zest, lemongrass, salt, and pepper crushed to cured my fish. As my key ingredients. I used sea bass which is the most common Mediterranean fish.
